Meet the Hosts
Silka Ariel
Silka Ariel is an interior designer who has been working in the design field for 18 years. 15 years ago, after a BS in Accounting, an AAS in interior design and multiple positions in NYC firms, Silka opened her own Design Firm, which is known for its warm interiors, good energy and texture. In 2017, after a spiritual awakening, Silka began to combine teachings of spirituality and consciousness into her design practice, which became the firm’s direction in practicing Spiritual Interior Design. A few years ago, the firm rebranded to Alma Workshop to reflect the new direction.
In 2019, Silka began coaching Interior Designers with Design Processes and direction and being a support in their own design journeys. In 202, she began running courses and created a community for interior designers to learn topics of spirituality, intuitive practices, business mindsets and continuing education.
Silka’s Goal is to add value to the world, be in service to God and help others love and succeed in what they do. She is a big believer in the empowerment and success of women and values community and group support.
Lital Yardeini Bernstein
Lital Yardeni Bernstein was born and raised in Israel, immersed in the wisdom of Kabbalah from an early age, as her siblings were among the founders of the Kabbalah Centre. With a lifelong passion for holistic well-being, she pursued studies in Shiatsu Master and was an instructor in both body-mind practices and pilates
Blending ancient wisdom with modern healing, Lital seamlessly weaves Kabbalistic teachings into her work, Offering a unique approach to physical and spiritual wellness. As a dedicated teacher and mentor at the Kabbalah Centre, She has guided many on their transformative journeys.
Lital’s mission is to empower others through the integration of mind, body and soul, helping individuals cultivate balance, strength, and inner connection. Her teachings are a fusion of deep spiritual insight and hands-on expertise, making her a sought-after mentor in the field of holistic healing.
